Order Processing

All orders are processed within 4–9 business days after order confirmation. Custom-made furniture may require additional production time, which will be communicated to the customer before processing.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are:

Lahore: 2–5 business days
Major Cities in Pakistan: 3–7 business days
Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on the product size, weight, and delivery location. Any applicable shipping charges will be communicated before order confirmation.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, tracking details will be provided via WhatsApp, SMS, or email whenever available.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the issue and provide a suitable solution.

Delivery Inspection

Customers are advised to inspect their furniture upon delivery. Any visible damage should be reported immediately.

Custom Furniture Orders

Custom-made furniture orders may require additional production time. Estimated completion and delivery dates will be provided during the order process.
