Return & Refund Policy

At H Decor, customer satisfaction is important to us. Due to the nature of our furniture products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or personal preferences.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

After reviewing the issue, H Decor will, at its discretion:

  • Repair the product,

  • Replace the product, or

  • Provide a refund if a repair or replacement is not possible.

No Returns for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer

  • Minor variations in color, texture, or appearance due to screen settings or handcrafted production

Custom-Made Furniture

Custom-made or personalized furniture orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production has started.
